Landscape design for inner city apartment complex extending over an entire block, with three integrated medium rise buildings. Includes streetscape works, and a large inner court space linking out to the streets on three sides. It also includes many upper level stepped terraces with views to the city. The site is named after the original industrial manufacturing factory on the site.
