PROJECT: HAYS PADDOCK PARKLAND
LOCATION: KEW, MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Preparation of a revised masterplan for the ongoing management and upgrade to the park, and its facilities. FORMium had been involved in the design of the well known ‘Hays Paddock Playground for Children of All Abilities’ included in the ‘Past Projects’ section of this website.
Our office was involved even earlier in the design and development of the original parkland, which was previously a construction site depot for Melbourne’s Eastern Freeway. Located on Glass Creek in Kew, the parkland includes the well known playground; grassed sporting fields and pavilions; an archery field; wetland area; an indigenous riparian creekside woodland, and linear trail systems.
