Landscape design for surrounds of a contemporary apartment complex, located on the former Jolimont railway yards. Includes an extensive roof garden area at level 4, using a ‘Burley Marx’ inspired pattern of contrasting coloured pebbles as roof ballast – important, because the building is overviewed by nearby city skyscrapers.
