Over the years FORMium have been involved in the design of a wide range of bespoke children’s playgrounds, usually with only a limited range of ‘off the shelf’ pieces of equipment. An emphasis has always been made on access for children of all abilities. These playgrounds are usually designed around a theme or story, and often include integrated sculptural or art elements, sometimes created in collaboration with local artists, or sometimes designed and detailed by ourselves.
