PROJECT: UPPER WESTSIDE APARTMENTS
LOCATION: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
CLIENT: BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX AND FAR EAST CONSORTIUM
COLLABORATION:ANL Landscapes, COTTEE PARKER Architects, NR ASSOCIATES
Design development and documentation for extensive contemporary roof podium terrace gardens, surrounding three highrise apartment towers. Included central lawn, gazebo, two alfresco dining bbq areas, and a range of seating and rest areas, all in a lush garden setting. The original concept was prepared by Nicholas Rivett, who also designed an adventure ‘rock climbing’ area, and provided the advanced plant material for the project.
