Landscape design for a proposed major tourist water park with a plethora of ‘up to date’ ‘world beating’ water adventure slides, wave pools and water rides, both internal and external. The lush internal fantasy landscape is contrasted dramatically with a complete rehabilitation of the degraded Dunlop’s Creek, with natural indigenous riparian vegetation, which runs through the heart of the site. The creek environment has been carefully designed to provide a habitat for local riparian fauna species, particularly the Glossy Grass Skink, a small endangered lizard species, which once occured in the local area.
