Masterplanning and detail design for this historic homestead property located on Balcombe Creek. Also included the architectural design of the visitors interpretation centre. The main elements included the historic entry avenue upgrade; the homestead garden; the working farmyard paddocks; a vineyard paddock; a woodlot forest ; extensive existing natural manna gum woodland, and the woodland walk; and a series of wetlands and natural ponds on the Balcombe creek floodplain, with bird hides and boardwalks.
